The silver one looks like it would be a great start for a track rat.

at those prices... provided your willing to put a couple years of your own work and as little outsourcing as possible into it
thats probably gonna be a pretty good buy
unless the car market completely craps out

It might be missing an engine but the price is still quite good by the current 911 standards.

Yeah, that would make a great "derelict" - get it mechanically sound, leave the outside rough.

Tempting until the reality of just how much it’s gonna cost to get it to where you want it kicks in.

I’m still dumbfounded by old Porsche prices. For crying out loud, they made a million of them; they’re not rare old pre- war Bugatti’s or something. They’re rusty, broken down, old basic Porsche’s.

Is this Dodi Motors in Monterey, California?

They’re all really, really rough. The silver one has been cut up, the blue one has no engine and is 98% rust on the body , and the red one is 97% rust on the frame. Like I don’t even know how a car can get so rusty.

The silver one has an engine, but the seller thinks it threw a rod. It’s the best body and frame of the three of them.

Nah, some small auto seller in Lebanon County, PA.

That 912 though ... talk it down to $6,000 and it’s a steal, even with the rust.
